Andrés has been in the agricultural sector in Ecuador ever since he was little. Andrés has worked with with dairy cattle farms increasing the productions and improving the quality of pastures, fertilization and irrigation techniques. Andrés has worked in New Zealand for Matanui Ltd with milking cows, sheep and beef cattle as an AgriBusiness Engineer. Andrés is passionate about responsable usage of the land and fair treatment to producers. He has experience in leading farms planting potatoes, carrots, quinua, amaranto, oats, barley wheat and managing pastures for animals.
Andrés holds a B.S. in AgriBusiness Engineering from the Universidad San Francisco de Quito. He speaks English and Spanish and currently lives in Ecuador.
Pierre’s passport may be French but he is a true citizen of the world. He began his career with Accenture in Paris where he was responsible for optimizing the operations in the areas of marketing and strategy. He worked closely with C-level executives and helped execute projects with budgets of $500 million all over Europe. He is passionate about marketing, operations, and professional coaching and development. His desire to help others has allowed him to work in the online gaming, financial, “smart city”, and operations sectors. Pierre grew up in Asia and France and has a great affinity for traveling. He speaks French, English, Chinese, and Spanish. Did you know he was once on track to be a pro-golfer?
Pierre holds a B.A. in Business Management from ESG Management School, France and a M.B.A. from Hult International Business School, London.
Javier is all creativity and new media. He began his career with Dupla, a digital media company in Bogota, Colombia. He has worked in projects for recognized brands such as Coca-Cola, Nestle, and Milo. Javier has worked in the digital media segment of advertisement in roles such as project management and development. He specializes in graphic design, branding, photography, and IT optimization. He is passionate about finding simple and powerful ways to engage people with his work. Javier speaks Spanish and English and very well could have been in a rock band in another life.
Javier holds a B.A. in Graphic Design from Universidad de Nariño, Colombia.
Maynard is a talker, a writer, and a tennis player. He is the President of The Arcadia Institute, Inc. and was formerly Acting Deputy Undersecretary of Defense for Policy. Previously, he was the Assistant Deputy Undersecretary of Defense (Counterintelligence and Security), with responsibilities for the management of DoD Investigative, security, and counterintelligence programs. In addition, he served as the Chairman, National Advisory Group/Security Countermeasures; Chairman, National Disclosure Policy committee; Chairman of the Advisory Committess for the DoD Security Institute, DoD Polygraph Institute, and the Defense Personnel Security Research and Education Program. He received the Presidential Rank Award of Meritorious Executive in 1985 and 1992. He is a recipient of the Department of Defense Distinguished Civilian Service Award.
Maynard is a graduate of Luther College and the Federal Executive Institute. He serves as a member of the boards of directors of a number of industrial, professional, and nongovernmental organizations. He served as a delegate to the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe.
